This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit getnuv.com, complete our health assessment, or make a purchase (the "Site"). Nuv is a brand operated by HealthFare Inc ("Nuv", "we", "us"). Health information you share for clinical evaluation is additionally protected under our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. As you browse, we collect information about the pages and products you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and how you interact with the Site ("Device Information"). When you make (or attempt) a purchase, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number ("Order Information"). When you complete the health assessment, we collect the health information you provide for clinical evaluation, which is handled as protected health information under HIPAA.
By providing your phone number and checking the text-message consent box on our forms, you agree that Nuv may send you recurring automated marketing and account-related text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
We use Order Information to fulfill orders placed through the Site (processing payment, arranging shipping, and providing invoices and order confirmations), to communicate with you, to screen orders for risk or fraud, and, in line with the preferences you share with us, to provide information or advertising about our products and services. We use Device Information to screen for risk and fraud (in particular your IP address) and to improve and optimize the Site (analytics and measuring the success of our marketing campaigns). We use health information solely to connect you with licensed clinicians, process prescriptions and orders, and coordinate your care.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers strictly to deliver the service: partner pharmacies and medical providers involved in your care, our payment processor Stripe (stripe.com/privacy), shipping carriers, and analytics providers. We use Google Analytics to understand how customers use the Site: read how Google uses your data at google.com/policies/privacy or opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We may also share personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request, or to protect our rights.
We use your personal information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may interest you (for example on Google and Meta platforms). Patients have the right to access their medical records, request amendments, and receive an accounting of disclosures. You can request restrictions on certain uses and disclosures of your health information, and request confidential communications through alternative means. We use encryption, secure servers, and regular audits to protect your information. Payment card data is always encrypted in transit and is handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that it be corrected, updated, or deleted. We process your information to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example, if you place an order through the Site) or otherwise to pursue the legitimate business interests listed above. Please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to the United States.
When you place an order through the Site, we keep your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it. Medical records are retained as required by federal and state healthcare regulations.

Nuv respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. For our text-messaging program, we collect and use your name, phone number, and communication preferences to send order and billing reminders, shipment notifications, saved-checkout reminders, appointment confirmations and reminders, customer support follow-ups, and occasional marketing offers. You only receive messages if you opt in; message frequency varies but will not exceed 10 messages per month. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP, or get assistance by replying HELP. Your mobile information is used solely for these purposes and is not shared with third parties except as necessary to deliver these services or comply with legal requirements, and never with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or treatment.
